Description	1) Speak to Waynil Garwater at the Gnomeland Security Headquarters in Steamfont. 2) You must proceed to the three outlooks in Steamfont. Then use the Gnome Observatron on each one. They are at: -408, +108, +1294 -495, +116, +1179 -495 +113 +1392 3) Return to Waynil Garwater for your reward.

wraithan <Guest>	I am level 38 and just completed this quest with no problem. So I do not believe you must be 40 in order to use the observatron
