1) Examine the feather you were rewarded in the "Water Water Everywhere" quest to begin this quest. 2) Slay 9 Vultaks in the Barren Sky. 3) Wash the feather in Strifewing Pond on Strifewing Isle in the Barren Sky. 4) Slay 5 Whisperwind Mystics on Whisperwind Isle. 5) Examine the feather to complete the series. |
