You need the following items: - Gold Sprocket Coin of Ak'anon - Platinum Sprocket Coin of Ak'anon - Silver Sprocket Coin of Ak'anon Once you have these you can turn them in for your reward to Abnar the Bookbinder in the Tower of the Moon, Renny Parvat in East Freeport, Venla Vaara in Greater Faydark, the collector in Haven or Mervos Stadrin in North Qeynos.
