Description	This quest becomes available to those who have completed the A Devious Plan and Culture of the Aviaks quests. 1) Examine a small pile of books in the northeast corner of the floor below the dragon in the Palace of the Awakened. (+26, +86, +29) 2) Collect 7 pieces of the Encyclopieda. These are other small piles of books in teh adjacent rooms and in the alcove where the quest is started. 3) Take the pieces of the Encyclopedia to Arejo Cloudbreach in the Barren Sky. He is one of the elders at the Windgazer Hideout. (-575, -46, -386)
