Description	This collection quest is started by examining any of the quest components. These are ground spawn in many zones. You need the following Chipped Shards: - Abjuration - Alteration - Channeling - Divination - Evocation Once you have these you can turn them in for your reward to Abnar the Bookbinder in the Tower of the Moon, Renny Parvat in East Freeport or Mervos Stadrin in North Qeynos.
