You must acquire: - Broken Cobra Scale - Decaying Cobra Scale - Pristine Cobra Scale - Shining Cobra Scale - Tarnished Cobra Scale You can then collect your reward by turning these items in to Abnar the Bookbinder in the Tower of the Moon, Mervos Stadrin in North Qeynos or Renny Parvat in East Freeport. |
