| Description | 1) Speak to Havras 'Hack' Scutter at the Village of Somborn in the Loping Plains. He will give you an Etheric Spiriphone.
2) Use the Etheric Spiriphone on Tazsu Nelivaza's grave at the Somborn Graveyard in Loping Plains. This will spawn Knight Tazsu Nelivaza. Speak to him. 3) You need to free 10 spirits. You do this by killing Vengeful Spirits in the canyon that leads to the Freethinker Hideout. When they die a freed spirit will spawn. You can hail them to release them. (near -540, -21, +148) 4) Return to Knight Tazsu Nelivaza at the Somborn Cemetary. He will give you Dom of the Elani. Like the Hand of Glory this is an insane item that requires you to be level 150 to use it. Just to make you salivate. 5) Give Dom of the Elani to Havras 'Hack' Scutter in Somborn Village for your reward. |
