Description	This collection quest is initiated by examining any of the quests components. These components are ground spawn in Kingdom of Sky zones. You must acquire: - Blemished Droag Scale - Decaying Droag Scale - Pristine Droag Scale - Tarnished Droag Scale You can then collect your reward by turning these items in to Abnar the Bookbinder in the Tower of the Moon, Mervos Stadrin in North Qeynos or Renny Parvat in East Freeport.
