Description	I have found a strange quill on the body of a slain harpy. I attepmted to write with it when suddenly my hand was taken over by a strong magical force. The quill forced me into writing what seems to be an alphabet of some sort. The characters were very strange scratch marks, like those a claw would make. These quills could be the way young harpies are taught the Screechsong language. I should attempt to find more so I can learn the entire language. This quest teaches you the Harpy language. 1) Inspect a Harpy Feather Quill to start the quest. These drop from harpies in any zone. 2) Obtain and study 5 more Harpy Feather Quills to learn the language.
