Description	1) Obtain the quest from Captain Ingrid, after completing the first quest in the series. 2) Speak with Chief Ko-ma Nurwin in the manor near the main courtyard in the Village of Shin. 3) Speak with Guard Captain Urtai, who patrols along the river in the Village of Shin. (near -145, 0, +105) 4) Speak with Aras Nurwin in the tavern. (-87,-2.3, +105) 5) Speak with Terai Augren near the Mystic Waterfall. (-257, +1, -82) 6) Speak with Jai-la Ventur, who lives in a house near the shore. At around 6:30 AM she walks out to the beach. You must wait until she tosses something into the water and then speak to her. (+116, -2, -29). This will start The Pirate's Bride quest. 7) Return to Guard Captain Urtai. (near -145, 0, +105) 8) Return to Chief Ko-ma to complete the quest.
