| Description | This quest is started by examining 'Refined Mutagenic Potion' found on Jin'tiz the Cataloguer's table.
I found the Mutagenic Potion on Jin'tiz the Cataloguer's table. In order to create the Transmogrification Elixer, I must find Doom Lord Septimus, kill him, take one of his scales and grind it into the potion. After that, I am supposed to drink it. Hopefully I don't get transformed into some horrid beast. |
